Meet Our Team

Meet Eliza

Eliza found her calling in maternal mental health while training in midwifery. Working closely with women during some of their most vulnerable yet empowering moments, she was inspired by their strength and resilience, leading her to pursue a career in perinatal counseling. Eliza joined the Serenity team in 2023 to further support the well-being of mothers. She has received advanced training in Maternal Mental Health from Postpartum Support International and is trained in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Eliza will receive her Masters of Social Work with a clinical emphasis in Mental Health from the University of Utah in 2025. Outside of the clinic, she is a doula, a violist, an avid traveler with her husband, and always up for a game of volleyball or a day on the slopes.
