Meet Kristy

Kristy received her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Brigham Young University and is a licensed Social Service Worker. As a mother of four, Kristy deeply values the role of family in both her personal and professional life. Having navigated her own journey with postpartum depression, she draws on her extensive personal experience and empathy to effectively support women facing various life challenges.

Her professional and extensive volunteer work within the community allows her to engage with clients on a deep and compassionate level. In her role as a case manager, she effectively connects clients with essential community resources, further enhancing her ability to address their needs comprehensively.

Outside of her professional life, Kristy has a passion for the outdoors, where she enjoys a range of activities including running, cycling, and hiking. She is an avid animal lover with a special affection for dogs, chickens, and horses. Her love for animals and the natural world enriches her life and informs her approach to both personal well-being and professional practice.
