“My goal for you as we work together is for you to regain your sense of hope that life will be better again. I have seen many women just like you overcome similar challenges. I want you to feel like yourself and be empowered to make needed changes in your life. Motherhood has a way of shining a light on our biggest struggles with mental health, but the good news is that there are many treatment options we can explore together to help you be the mom you want to be. I hope that as we work together you can find the compassion for yourself that you deserve in navigating all of life’s challenges.”
