
Meet Lyndsey
Lyndsey is the Founder and Clinical Director of Serenity Recovery and Wellness. She has dedicated her career to supporting women in all stages of life, which led her to recognize a deep need for compassionate mental health care for pregnant and postpartum moms. She created Serenity to provide a warm, supportive space where each client can receive the individualized care they deserve, offering different levels of support to meet their unique needs.
Lyndsey earned her Master of Social Work degree from the University of Utah and has pursued extensive specialized training to better serve her clients. She has trained with Postpartum Support International, completed John Gottman’s Bringing Baby Home program (helping new parents navigate the transition to parenthood), and is level one certified in The John Gottman Series. She is also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Prolonged Exposure (PE). With a compassionate approach and a deep commitment to her clients’ well-being, Lyndsey specializes in treating trauma, anxiety, OCD, and depression in the perinatal period.
